My experience with purchasing started through the eprice off of the website. I was in communication with Tony back and forth for a few emails. I gave him our budget and he made it work when another dealership couldn't, even with a lower priced vehicle. I was able to grab lunch while most of the paperwork was getting done. The transaction was smooth and very pleasurable. Tony was the sweetest.

I'm a nursing mother and my little one was not with me. I was at the dealership for ...a little while and realized that I needed to pump. I asked the ladies if there was any place they could accommodate me while I pumped so I didn't have to go the bathroom route. The staff was absolutely amazing in accommodating me with a private space.Ā 

Everyone at Courvelle went above and beyond. This is my second new vehicle from there, and I will only use Courvelle Toyota in the future.

Give Tony Mendez an award; I've dealt with him on two purchase now, and he has treated me with courtesy, respect, and integrity. On my previous purchase, a 2014 Camry XLE, I had a trade-in. There was no nickel-and-dime haggling about the trade-in value (back and forth with the sales manager) that I experienced with my local Toyota dealer, Hampton Toyota. I went 25 miles out of my way to avoid Hampton because of this behavior.

My husband and I worked with both Derrick and Tony on the purchase of our new 4Runner. They both were excellent to work with and very helpful in the process. We actually purchased two 4Runners between December 20th and January 30, due my 15 year old daughter and I being in an accident on January 22nd, in which a tree fell onto our vehicle while I was driving. The experience of driving the first one for about 32 days as well as the safety we experienced in the 4Runner in that very unexpected accident sent me back to Courvelle for a 2nd buy of the same vehicle in a new model (the first one was a 2013 used model). Both Tony and Derrick, as well as other personnel were very helpful in the entire experience between both purchases.
